I just happened into this amazing new place today during their "soft opening". I seek out new types of cuisine. I had never had Burmese cuisine before. I decided to give it a try over lunch today. I'm not sure where to begin other than to say that it was absolutely delicious! I had the privilege of trying many of their different courses from eggplant salad, tempura vegetables, noodle soup that was very similar to pho, curried chicken with coconut rice. Everything was so flavorful and very different from anything I had every had before. The restaurant is a BYOB and extremely reasonably priced. I cannot stress enough that you must give it a try. I am already planning my return!

Amazing! Don't miss out on this place. Owner greeted with a great overview of the cuisine. I ordered ginger salad and basil chicken. But first, a complimentary round of delicious appetizers...dumplings, tofu and potato goodness. Sauces to dip were so tasty. The ginger salad came out and was like nothing I've ever had. So fresh with nuts and spicy chili in a wonderful light dressing. The basil chicken also did not disappoint. Tender chicken with great flavor in a delicious light sauce. I couldn't eat it all so took some home for lunch next day. Was just as delicious. I don't live here but will always come back when I'm in town!

We loved the Burmese restaurant we visited in Philly so much, that we were very excited to learn about this one opening in the Lehigh Valley.
What a gem! I don't know where to begin.
The friendly owner Frank welcomed us as we walked in and took his time in answering every question we had in detail. The place was nice, clean with a lot of interesting details. Very soon after ordering, the food started coming out. The feast started with a few appetizers and salads. Lot of them vere complimentary since the owner wanted to get a feedback on the food they are offering.
    What an explosion of flavor!
You just can't go wrong by ordering anything from the menu. We sampled Burmese tofu salad, Tea leaves salad, Tomato salad and Grilled eggplant salad. They were fresh, flavorful and very nicely seasoned. Burmese tofu is very different than any other tofu I had before, but my favorite was the Grilled eggplant.
The next dish was something so tasty that I would order it for sure next time I visit the place. It is Crispy shrimp & vegetable salad. The texture and seasoning was just perfect! I enjoyed every bite!
My kids loved the Spring rolls. They were very nicely fried and seasoned. At this point we were pretty full but the smell and taste of the main dishes kept us going. My husband loved the Bean paste pork the kids their amazing Grilled pork ribs, and for me the winner was the Kyae-ooh soup. I am highly recommending this place.
We are definitely putting it on top of our list of favorites.
