    Great menu options , Russian / Ukrainian food. Sandwiches, soups, platters, perogies, etc. The food is impressively prepared but from my point of view there I saw the people microwave the soup and the schnitzel platter. Microwaves are lazy cooking and I feel that no-one should be charge for nuked food. Home made or fast food , it's lazy. I ate perogies and have had a sandwich there. Good but i distrust the platters. In my. Opinion, Microwaved food platters equals
    leftovers.... nutritionally devoid and with compromised texture. Shame, on a positive note it is a good place for cold food and fried perogies though.

    Exceptional ! I have heard about the Black Forest Deli and always wanted to stop in. I was in the neighborhood and so glad I stopped in. Best chicken salad/avocado sandwich & blintzes for a light desert. Had my food to go but the cafe looked so homey and welcoming that next time I will eat in. Highly recommend !

    Local mom and pops Ukrainian/Russian deli. Let me tell you..this place is outstanding. The food is prepared as if you are a guest in their home. Places like this are becoming very rare. Absolutely delicious. The people are very nice. Everything is fresh made. Been here multiple times. I highly recommend. Only tough part is there hrs.

    This place is so amazing! You have to get Pierogies if you come here and eat the amazing macaroni salad they have! Found this place by accident and was the best thing that ever happened to me! I left this place stuffed and super happy!
