Wawa

Fast, hot coffee. Lots of parking options. Simple gas pumps. Friendly staff. I've been to a lot of Wawa's, this one is likely to be favorite. Majority of the time, it has the "caramel steamer" in the cappuccino. I like to mix it with a little cream and black coffee. It is amazing. A lot of other wawa's have stopped putting it in the machine, and I have no idea why. I specifically drive further just to get this drink. Beyond the drinks, it's typically pretty clean and the fresh food always tastes fresh.

Good staff at this location. Restrooms need updating (or at least better up keeping) and changes to the location of handicapped parking spaces last summer are a few areas that should be addressed. As one of the highest grossing business in the Lehigh Valley it would be nice to see some of the egress and cleanliness challenges addressed. Free coffee a few times a year is nice but if I had a choice I would prefer they spend the money on better design both inside and outside the store. The challenge to any business doing the volume Wawa does is how to move cars and people in, around and off of the property while making improvements to the parking lot, grounds and restrooms. Hopefully updating the store design to add guest value is on the owners radar.

Update, it's been five months since this review and still no new striping for the parking spots. This location does big numbers and while other local locations are making improvements to their lay out and design, it's seems like the focus is elsewhere. It's hard to see the outlines or the parking spots since you moved the handicap spaces, please re-stripe so the outlines can be seen at night and in the rain (currently there is no visiblity).

The free air pump has multiple uses. Clean and well maintained.
