Italiano Delite

Tony, the owner of Italiano Delight reached out to me to tell me that they had the food ready and that the driver for Doordash never showed up. So DoorDash LIED to me and as a result, Tony had to throw out food (which is profit in the restaurant biz).

As far as I’m concerned, I will be ordering from a Italiano Delight and I will just call direct instead of going thru DoorDash. Thank you Tony. Stand-up guy.

Original review: I placed an order from Italiano Delight via DoorDash tonight at 6:20ish. Over $100 in food for a large group. Got an confirmation email at 6:25 and a phone call from DoorDash saying the restaurant had a question about the order. All normal. However, when the DoorDash driver arrived to at Italiano Delight to pick up my food the manager told em that they were too busy and that they were not going to fulfill my order. (THIS WAS A LIE BY DOORDASH TO ME). So now it’s 7:15 and I’ve gotta figure out how to feed my family and friends. Things happen but maybe they could have let me know EARLIER????.

Great staff and friendly family atmosphere

Despite being under renovation my sons wedding and small reception went very well. The food was delicious!! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only thing they could improve upon was the restroom situation. There was a funeral going on at the same time so all of us had to use ONE bathroom. The line never ended. I am sure was all the updating is complete this situation will improve.
