My wife and I ate at the House for her birthday celebration. I was impressed by the incredibly delicious, full portion of lamb. Her chicken was amazing too. Unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Love the atmosphere! This restaurant is a gem!
Nice place. The nachos are awesome. We were there when a band was playing. We sat upstairs. I would def. go back soon
Went to the House for Sunday brunch. The menu is small for brunch, only a few items lean towards lunch. Upscale dinning with artsy flair. Food was good, presented odd but tasted good. Would be interested to go for dinner service to give it a fair shot. Sunday brunch was good, will not be back for that however.
Hipster kind of place you'd want to try at least once. I was at birthday in the basement of the barn ...It was a good time, and the setting of rustic but nicer place contributed. The catered food was good, something you'd expect at a decent wedding ...lemon capers chicken, potatoes with care, skirt steak with an unusual gritty sauce with bite, and candied carrots (I never looked at the menu, but the beer included is at least standard issued along with enough variety that keeps you interested in new stuff).
Had the pork sandwich, it was excellent. Fantastic ambiance, reservation recommended. Service was slow to get our drinks, especially since they were not on draft but were in cans. Kitchen service for the food was very good. Menu is small, but plates are well crafted and detailed so it isn't overwhelming, so this is a positive.
