Ichiban

We went for dining, and not the hibichi. Had a variety of rolls and other dishes, which were nothing short of excellent. Everywhere I go, I try to get eel (typically a dragon roll) and that is what I use for comparison. Wait staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great atmosphere, great food and great drinks! Our chef was funny, entertaining and very skillful. He alone, make you want to come again. It was a good experience for me and my family. My daughter celebrated her birthday and there were about 6 more birthdays that night so they know how to help you celebrate your birthday! Ichiban is awesome!

The food here is great. It's always fun to watch them cook the food in a show style right in front of you. They were very accommodating and it was great even for my 2 year old.

Quality sushi. Personally, I prefer the quieter, sushi dining side of the restaurant over the louder, performance part of the cook-in-front-of-you side. But many people seem to enjoy the show. I've been going here for years and loved it. However, the last few times my entrees seemed over saturated with sauces.

This was my first visit to this hibachi and I'm sorry to say I was not impressed. In their defense, I am very picky. My favorite thing at any hibachi is the ginger sauce. I thought theirs was awful!
My daughter said her chicken was kind of rubbery like it was undercooked. Mine was ok but nothing special.
Most of our party gave my grandson their 2 shrimp appetizer and he loved them.
The assortment of vegetables was fantastic, the best I've seen and I was looking forward to this. The vegetables were cooked perfectly but had a funky after taste that I can only assume was some type of seasoning or oil that they use. I didn't like it. My daughter, son in law, and grandchildren absolutely loved the noodles.
Since there was some good and some bad, I gave an average score. I personally won't go back because I am all about the ginger sauce.
