Panera Bread

Usually pretty good with fast service. Typical of what you'd expect of a Panera. Just wish they were better about wiping down tables. Seems like you have to search for a clean one each visit.

This place is ok, just late night service isn't the best. Food isn't that great at night, and you don't get the usual 5 star employee service you would get during their lunch hours.

It seems to be getting worse. Each time we go in it's a little worse than the last time. Tonight we ordered a couple grilled cheese sandwiches and it took like 20-25 min. It was sitting up there ready but the kid was bussing tables. I finally got up to get it. The one kid making food kept (loudly) talking about how "bad he has to pee"..... So that's always a plus. The busser came up to tell me they were out of our selected bread which is normal and had to keep going back and forth to learn what other kinds of bread they had. Lastly they didn't bring our desserts we ordered so I had to go get those up front as well.

So all in all it's a bunch of little things they could do better. It seems like they lack any type of leadership as far as a good manager or something. The food was good though so it is what it is.
