    Always fresh, great promotions and special requests welcome/available. I got them to make the Prince symbol for a birthday, the mother's day basket this year was a hit.

    Helpful staff and fantastic pretzels! I picked up pretzels for a local client and they were extremely happy with the product. Nice work, Philly Pretzel Factory!

    Staff was courteous and fast. They gave me the option to wait about 3 minutes if I wanted the ones to come fresh out of the oven or have the ones in the case. Love the fresh hot ones They were still warm when we got them home!
