Steak 'n Shake

Well for starters, my family and I favor the one in Bethlehem more we just decided to try this one in particular and though the Manager was very accommodating to our needs our food was cold, our buns were burnt, and it just didn't seem like it was a multicultural environment. Needless to say we felt very uncomfortable..

Juicy burger, friendly service and cold fries. Remember, though, it's not called steak and fries. Burger was just as good as one that costs twice the price at 5 Guys. Worth the trip.

Burgers were good but shakes were excellent! Best shake I've ever had (strawberry). Had to go back the next day and get another!
Update: Went back a few weeks ago and the staff is great! Such friendly staff is the reason I'll keep going back every time I'm in the area!

The place is clean, the food is great. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake milkshake.
A pleasant young man waited on us... but the staff was disorganized.
Also, prepare to wait at least twenty minutes for your food.
Four star rating because of the burgers and milkshakes.
