Top Cut Steakhouse

Very good. Pricey though, a bit loud. Good service. Steaks cooked properly

Top cut has a top class wine list. Someone told me Corked in Bethlehem did and that place is a joke. Top Cut is top class.

It is a tad loud. We had a nice booth. Cocktails - good but not exactly what was ordered but still good. Shrimp cocktail - three enormous shrimp. The curry sauce with them was more a marmalade. Who said it was a curry? Strange.
The crab bisque was good. A little fishy tasting but a good amount and tasty.
Now.........They know how to cook steak!
I ordered rare and it was fantastic. Wife had the filet and loved it. The potatoes were interesting. We aren’t sure what was mixed with them but they were good.
Desserts - they are large. Coffee was good along with 43.
Odd - they took all the plates and silver ware after the shrimp cocktail and then delivered bread and butter. (?!?) so spread it with our fingers? I bet my wife we wouldn’t get a knife or plates and we eventually asked for them.
Great food. Odd service. Loud environment (NCAA game at the bar with people whooping it up).
Comparable to Emeril’s as to quality of food and price but lesser in quality of service and ambiance. The feel was we were in a sports bar (loud). Not a formal restaurant. But the food was really good.

This place is everything you want a great dining experience to be. Went for a special night and was treated like Royalty! I have nothing but good to say. Food is exceptional! Staff is on point. Recommended this place for anyone who enjoys fantastic food and the best of atmospheres.

Never disappoints.
My son and I went for his birthday dinner. Had the fois gra appetizer, the,porterhouse with the bone marrow crust, and the truffle fries.
Everything was prepared perfectly.
