(April 16, 2019, 7:58 pm)Went to Point Pleasant for the first time and Wendy's was were we went first. The place was so clean and the floor tiles were nice. It was such a cute Wendy's. The front counter girl was very helpful and kind. The food came out in a timely manner. They did great.

(April 2, 2019, 11:39 am)Food has never been cold, staff is typically friendly, and food is always satisfying; I never feel like their food had been sitting there an hour or two. -1* for problems with their speaker; it seems like a recurring theme with Wendy's recently.

(March 22, 2019, 7:10 pm)Great looking newer restaurant. The French fries were dry and not fresh. Woman at the counter had a very deflated personality, ho hum. The floor was in the process of being mopped by the same woman and the was to much water left on the floor when done, making it a hazard
