I just had the best steak salad! The staff and service were great! Also ,enjoyed a good Long Island Iced Tea!
It was quick and easy on my way home. I learned that they do $5 burger night on Monday ($2 more to add bacon, can't argue that). It was a great piece of beef, although over cooked. The chef needs to look at the medium vs. well done chart but even with that it was slightly dryer then I like but still full of flavor (that's when you know just how amazing it could have been). The toasted bun was delicious. I wouldn't necessarily make this a regular stop on my way home and I wouldn't order a burger or steak here but I would give other items a try in the future. If you are looking for a fairly quiet, quick and decent meal this isn't a bad place to go.
Drove up from Lewisburg for Sunday brunch. Casual pub atmosphere was really nice, bright and clean. Chicken & waffles and the Recovery meals were fabulous--flavorful and tasted homemade (nothing canned or processed on either plate). Classic food done well, good portion sizes, reasonably priced, with friendly staff. Lots of big-screen TVs with games on for sports lovers to enjoy games. Looking forward to eating at The Bridge again and will definitely recommend to friends.
Positives: quickly got a table, salads were good, Wisconsin cheese soup was delicious, wait staff person was attentive, portions were generous. Negatives: I got the Chicken Garlic Pasta with broccoli... both were very salty. My husband got the Lasagna. Both pasta dishes were on the dry side; could have used more sauce.
Highly recommend ! Can’t say enough. Stopped in for lunch, waitress was super friendly, very comfortable atmosphere and seating. Nice selection of beer. I had the Reuben, superb! Exactly how a Reuben should be. Combination of flavors was fantastic! Peanut butter pie is very good! One of the owners (Rod) walks around and takes the time to chat with you, he did this for each of the other half dozen patrons. Very welcoming. Don’t miss out, stop in, you will not be disappointed.
