“It's good for cheap food on demand. The 5 dollar pizzas are your best bet. Service is quick if you have the guy there, great guy, very nice and welcoming. No real complaints. I've never had an issue with them. If you order online to pick up, just plan to be there around 30 min after you place it. That way you walk in, pay, and go.”

Their prices are very reasonable. Maybe the low reviews are from people who order food that I don't order. I really only order one or two of five or six different kinds of dishes when I do order. The Beef Chow Mai Fun is cheap and delicious. Ten years later, in 2018, I still love Hong Kong's food and service.”

“The location in Pine Alley is in the center of downtown and an easy walk from most of the hotels in the city. The food itself is great but the service was just... poor on the patio. We had no silverware or utensils even after our food was delivered, and drinks were not refilled until we got out of our seats and hunted down our waiter. It also took a very long time to get the check and pay. The food (grilled chicken wrap + fries) was delicious.”
