Tara - A Country Inn

It is always nice to go to Tara for dinner or Sunday brunch. Very nice atmosphere, classic!

UNEBELIEVABLE! GORGEOUS INN could be a full time museum! The staff, food, amenities are BEYOND PHENOMENAL! We were greeted by Alicia in the registry office. She was totally sweet, funny, easy going yet EXTREMELY personable and knowledgeable about procedures AND Inn history. We TOTALLY enjoyed our romantic weekend getaway.....was like stepping back into a time warp to the Southern Plantation days. The office girls ever dressed in hoop skirt dresses and were 100% authentic! The indoor pool was relaxing, serene and blissful. Turn down service and room cleaning people were FABULOUS. No complaint whatsoever. If you get the opportunity to stay at Tara, its HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....you won't go wrong. This is BEAUTIFUL.....worth the effort for sure.

It's a Beautiful place we found to have our wedding and a romantic getaway. The food and buffet was also excellent too! It never fails to impress! We highly recommend this place if you want to create a unique and wonderful memory for you and your loved one to share!

Celebrated my father's 81st birthday with Sunday brunch at the restaurant. It was a fantastic buffet. Exceptional service and a unique charm. The walls are covered with glass cases full of antique firearms. Even though it was busy the staff did not hurry us out after eating and we had a great time. Our party was 8 people at a big round table. The buffet has everything from hand carved roast beef to crepes. The omlettes are hand delivered to your numbered table.
