Jersey Mike's Subs

We have been waiting for a Jersey Mike's to come to our area. They have one of the best sandwiches around. It makes it nice to order your food online and them stop in and pick it up. Also the people working here are really friendly and professional helping you out. Try them out I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the staff. The selection of subs was impressive, and I opted for the BLT on rosemary parm, which was packed with flavor and fresh ingredients.

The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my meal was perfect. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

Love the taste of the subs, but there are some obvious process improvements that need made. Pickup times and expectations need adjusted to avoid clutter in the lobby. Waiting 30 minutes past the pickup time is not ideal. It seems like the workers are trying their best, but there needs to be some analyzation and improvement in the process of getting subs to the customers in a timely manner to avoid clutter. Hopefully store management can turn this around because I've loved both subs I've had.
