I enjoy how you can make your burger. Perhaps I didn't like it as much due to being too undercooked or the meat I chose. They have some unique appetizer options like deviled eggs...but a bit pricey for what you get. I did not enjoy the baked beans as it looked and tasted like chili.
Great drinks. Flavorful. Bourbon drinks potent. Recommend Get Smashed drink. Food was definitely great as well. The only reason I would not give 5 is that the servers were stretched a bit too much. Our server, Tiffanee, was fabulous, but the whole place would have benefited from one extra server. We shop at the outlets a couple of times a year, and we just found our new favorite place while shopping.
I expected more I presume because of other reviews. Small, clean, pleasant atmosphere. No wait time at door, seated right away midweek at noon, which was surprisingly nice. Quick to take and deliver drink order, but didn't even get her name. No effort there. Build your own burger is the theme and so I went with that. Ended up making mine too sloopy to enjoy fully; my own fault. Wait time was too long for food and waitress never checked on us. Food was fine, but didn't care for slaw, which I prefer creamier. Fries are thin and unremarkable. Quick to deliver check and was gone again. Whatever happened to smiling? Will try again another time and hope for friendlier service because in the end that's what can make or break my decision.
Really great place for burgers, beers and bourbon (or the spirit of your choice). A solid core selection of burgers and assorted bar foods, including some interesting options like a crab burger. Great service and a fun atmosphere.
I'm a pretty big burger fan so I was pumped to see a new burger joint in Grove City and Blackout Burger didn't disappoint. They have delicious options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I even tried a cucumber beer that was surprisingly amazing based off the recommendation of the bartender. I will definitely be back again soon.
