Super friendly staff and clean store. It's a busy store but the employees still do their best to make connections with customers and make sure we all have a great experience. Keep up the great work team!

The staff did a great job. “Amanda the Great,” as her name tag stated, was attentive and kind, even while making a several drinks. For a while, she was the only one running the show. It was impressive to watch her juggle it all. The food was consistent as it should be for Starbucks, and the cold brew was excellent. It’s a small store, so they don’t have a ton of space or a ton of staff, but they really did well in spite of it.

We don't miss shopping here whenever we visit Pittsburgh as its on the way from Canada. Lots of high end shops are here. The deals are really good, lots of discounts. But you need to take time to look for the items that are worth the deal. If you are really into shopping, you need to stay overnight and split your shopping into two days.

One of the busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Fairly quick service for only 2 baristas. If only they had more help. Very kind staff and fast hard workers.
