“Fox's is my husband's go to place. When dinning in it takes awhile to get food even if we order one of the specials. Last week I called to place an order. The guy put me on hold (I told him it was fine to do so). My husband ended up driving, not far, to fox's . I could hear him telling a girl I was on hold. She said she hadn't answered the phone. He told her I was on phone if she wanted to take my order. She hung up. ( no apology) the guy came out & apologized. They said they were in training. Ok. Tonight I placed an order. They got my order wrong. My Son wouldn't let us take it back. Very disappointed”
