    Great place. Service is second to none. I grew up eating at Phil's, Its like Italian home cooking!

    It was the first I had been there in quite some time. Ordered a sub to go and it was very good. Phil is a very nice person.

    Phil has the best subs and pizza in the area. I would have given 5 stars but that is for the super special places. Lol

    Friendly service and good food but not the best quality food, not as good as the other OIP restaurants such as downtown and Burnham
