Jersey Mike's Subs

Since this is a new location, I’ll give benefit of the doubt. Employees provided good customer service and many hustled to accommodate the work load. But that work load seemed overwhelming for most. No structure as to how hot orders are placed and received by customers, as my Chipotle Chicken Chessesteak was made after tickets created behind me, and it was ultimately not what I ordered. When my order was corrected, my second sandwich was no different - either I got steak and not chicken, or the grill and employee got so much beef fluids into the chicken, that it might as well have been steak. Disappointing, as I’ve visited dozens of other locations and have enjoyed this sandwich; in doing so, it also creates an expectation as to what the customer should receive. There were also 2 other customers experiencing problems with theirs orders during 40 minutes I was there.

Excellent good, great prices & knowledgeable, friendly staff, love there.

Food was great ion really like subs but I had got a 44 and feel in love😩🤝
