Dale's Pocono Bistro

Needed a quick but relatively healthy bite after a long morning. This place was cute. Touted local and grass fed, etc. Breakfast options looked tasty. Had a bunless burger on salad for me, taco salad for Mom. Service was ok... Seemed friendly towards locals which we aren't. Burger was flavorful and juicy. Salad was standard side salad for the area. Mom's taco salad didn't have much flavor and ended with a pool of watery juice at the bottom. Better than some dinners. Would go back to try pancakes.

We stoped by today because we were very very hungry and I can tell you that I really love their food, a lot of taste and flavor. All this from a person that travels around the country and stops in local type of restaurants. Very good I will for sure stop here again. Thank you.

Fast and efficient service. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere is clean and bright.

Imaginative breakfast and lunch menu along with traditional favorites. You'll experience a moderately priced menu. The food and service is certainly worth the extra expense

This is a great little bistro that is great for a breakfast date, or even just a chill morning with good food. The wait staff is usually pretty attentive, and the food that comes put of the kitchen is always great. They usually have daily specials in regards to meals you can order, coffee drinks, or baked goods they may have that day. It's great to look at the locally sourced artwork on the walls while you eat, or are waiting for food. My husband and I love this place when we're looking for some time to ourselves.
