Dirty Dough Cookies - Tannersville Plaza

My first time there was AMAZING! My friends and I left excited about the next time we’d go back. My next visit 4/22/2024 was completely different, when I walked in the girl had a BAD ATTITUDE(could’ve been Cyrah D. That’s what my receipt says) When I asked about the cookies she kept saying she didn’t know anything other than the names of the cookies. I nodding and said ok as she stood there and rolled her eyes and waited for me to order. More customers began to enter and she would suck her teeth and sigh like she wanted to be done for the day. There was another girl in the back filling boxes with cookies, she was nice, she smiled and serviced cookies I asked her too about the cookies and she just shrugged her shoulders and said yea I don’t know. If they were new and didn’t know much about the cookies then I can accept that BUT the attitude was uncalled for. It’s sad how business owners are creating these great establishments and have poor staff that drive customers away. I guess the luck in it all is that this is a tourist area and this business will thrive for a while, but word spreads like a wildfire, if the owner doesn’t address the staff or make changes this business will face adversity in the near future.

First time there, & the two employees Jada & Kim were so welcoming !!!! Kim was amazing, she’s explained to me about signing up for the rewards to get a free cookie & went into detail about all the cookies. Jada made the cookies so beautifully, like wow this place is amazing. The cookies are the bomb, definitely recommend this over crumble cookies!!!! Thank you again!!!! I I’ll be back

I went to Dirty Dough Cookies this week after signing up for their loyalty rewards program and got a free cookie. I have never been to Dirty Dough before but I was recommended to go there by a good friend. I was greeted and served by a kind young woman named Kim, who is employed at Dirty Dough Cookies. Kim was very cheerful, bright, warm, courteous, helpful and informative, she explained the menu to me as I asked many silly questions about delicious treats lol. Kim then proceeded to let me know that they had weekly mystery cookies that weren’t on the main menu, I was excited to hear that. I chose the (Very)Berry Dirty Bliss (mystery cookie), an oatmeal cookie with berries and cheesecake and something else that I cannot recall at this current moment in time. But what I can recall is that the cookie was warm, sweet, delicious, and felt homemade. It reminded me of one morning when my grandmother made me a delicious breakfast spread of oatmeal and fruit. Kim’s positivity and gratefulness was very natural and brightened my day and blessed my night with a memory of appreciation and gratitude. Thank You Kim. And Thank You Dirty Dough Cookies for hiring such a wonderful young lady to represent your establishment . Proud and proud of The quality of care and attentiveness to detail and the needs of the customer.

Don’t want to miss. With the service to the food and the cleanliness. Something new to the area that provides a variety of wonderful flavors . If you’re loooking for something tasty to treat yourself to this is the place to come to. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was so happy when I heard a new cookie spot was opening up in this area. Walked in and ordered one of each flavor to go. The place was modern and clean. The employees were extremely friendly and explained the menu well. We got fresh cookies in under 5 minutes, which is amazing considering they were moderately busy. The cookies themselves are delicious, super moist and soft. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors !
