BK Lobster Poconos

I will give it a five the host was great. The waitress needs a bit more training. Place is outdated, i felt like i went into a banquet hall. We had 2 lobster rolls, definitely need more lobster, not what I have had in NY, but it definitely was fresh and my bread was good as well,maybe cut back on the butter and salt a bit, def felt the cajun it was great. We also had sliders- good for kids and lobster fried rice. Rice was a bit mushy for my taste but the flavors were well complemented. I would definitely be back, it will definitely get better.

Food is delicious! I wish they had more of a selection on the menu. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I had a 10% coupon they couldn’t figure out how to apply the discount on the register there were three customers behind me waiting so I told the cashier not to worry I will come back next time. For those that said they only take cash is not true they also accept cards

It was the Grand Opening so A LOT of people came out. Things were hectic, of course not everything went smoothly but that’s expected. As a customer I think we should all keep in mind it’s the 1st day. The owners and employees were extremely nice and made accommodations for the customers. The food definitely exceeded my expectations. The spices was on point. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to more seafood 🦀
