Sonic Drive-In

Good, basic fast food. Nothing exceptional. Food lukewarm but edible. Good place to stop on I-80 before heading into the madness of NYC traffic.

Fast and friendly service. Orders were perfect (even with my crazy requests)

it was a newer establishment but as all Sonic restaurants are it was a standard fare place that gives you the same quality as any Sonic you go anywhere else I was not only impressed with the food the burgers were kind of lackluster unless you ate them right away. the portions were reasonable but I found their prices for a small hamburger almost two-thirds more than what they cost at McDonald's and I don't think the quality was any better. the onion rings I found had a little bit of a sweetness to them which was okay but not what I really wanted in an onion ring

A year ago I would have given them 4 stars. The food quality has slowly decreased over time. Not sure if it's the help or management. The sonic blasts and drinks are still very GOOD.
