Chili's Grill & Bar

Could have been better. The hostess didn't offer children's menus even though I walked in with two kids. I had to go get them from her. Subsequently I watched her sit a family and ask them if they wanted a kids menu for their daughter. Couldn't help but wonder if it had anything to do with my skin color. Was very disappointed. Next I asked for no tomatoes on my burger it came out and sure enough there were tomatoes. I was too hungry to ask for it to be made over. Also there was hair in my to go container. Basically the service could have been so much better. But I did like our waitress. It was the end of her shift and she still put in the effort to be attentative which I appreciate. But I don't think I would eat at this Chili's again.

I love chili's. Food is always good and my sister is a vegetarian and doesn't have to just get a side salad. Couldn't be happier. Wish they gave free chips or bread or something while you wait but that's not going to stop me from going. I ordered an appetizer since we were hungry, my friend ordered an alcoholic drink and we all order dinner. I paid for the table of 4 and didn't go over $80.00. Thats reasonable to me. Waitress tended bar and was on point with our table, since someone called off. She handled it like a pro.

Very busy, but the staff are all calm and pleasant. Our server, Erin was phenomenal. We were there for my daughter's birthday and although there was about 16 of us, she made sure she was attentive to each one of us. Highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

Great experience. The restaurant was very clean and the service was spectacular. Our waiter Jason was very attentive and worked fast. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with our visit. If we are every back in the area we will definitely go back.
