    good ice cream and shakes. i like the comeys which are super thick shakes with a large asst. of items you can have blended in .the only drawback is they close for the winter.

    One of my favorite places to go. Food is appsalootly amazing. Try the cheese steaks or Gyros

    5 Star Customer Service!
    4 Star Ice Cream
    3 Star Butter Burger
    2 Star Chili Cheese Dog
    Drove from Jersey just to eat here. Would not do it again.
    Sorry to say the Butter Burger was a greasy (which I expected), soggy, salty mess.
    The texture of the burger was okay.
    The Chili Dog was also surprisingly salty, and the chili most certainly the same hamburger patties chopped up. Tasted meh. Not my thing.
    I got a Hawaiian ice cream mix-in type of deal which was tasty; however, wasn't a fan of the texture of the vanilla ice cream. In their defense, I prefer Rita's so...
    Anyway, the best part of my experience at the Big Star was the staff. Super-friendly. Tip them well please.
    Oh one last note: the root beer was nice and fizzy. Don't know what brand it was, but it was better than Stewart's Root Beer for sure.

    My family and I always come here for the summer. They have great food and very friendly. Its also a great atmosphere. Love this place
