RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery

Such a cute spot! We came in with a bachelorette party of 10 and there were already a couple of other groups inside and the TWO bartenders seamlessly handled all of us. They were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. There’s also extra seating in the back. Very cozy atmosphere, cheap prices, delicious and authentic Mediterranean food. Def recommend!

My husband and I randomly stopped at RAW to check out the wines. This is our first time in Pennsylvania and we were just driving and decided to stop at some winerys .The space is beautiful with original fireplaces, pocket doors and bank safe , we were told it was once a bank back in the older days. The lady working was welcoming and knowledge. We did 5 tastings, unfortunately and oddly my husband didnt like anything, I only liked the sangria that we tried last. We tried the sweet wines which we typically always find a few we like, the ones we tried at RAW were just not for us but I'd recommend anyone who likes wine to stop in and check it out for yourself it's a beautiful intimate space with wine!

This place is pretty tucked-away compared to Renegade, especially since Renegade is the first giant building you see when you come from the parking deck to main street. Definitely don't overlook this place though!
The wine selection is a little smaller, but they do offer tastings of their cider as part of the tasting package as well which was cool.

Also, the bartender here was the only one of all the places we went to that provided a map of the Pocono wine trail and recommended other wineries that we check out based on our tastes. She was genuinely helpful in planning our weekend and we ended up doing things we hadn't originally planned to! Great stuff!

This is a great place to stop in for a drink or cocktail. We enjoyed a fabulous drink before dinner. The staff were very friendly and enjoyed talking to us about their philosophy.
