Good food, clean place, fast service, good price.

Thursday, March 14th, at promptly 8:20pm I visited the KFC Willow Grove location via drive through. I had only ordered a simple five dollar box with chicken tenders, along with an additional side of Mac and cheese. Im not sure who took my order over the microphone but they were very pleasant to speak with and made me laugh. When I ordered my meal he made me aware that it would be a four minute wait for the chicken tenders and asked if I was okay with waiting. Of course I was okay with that after the amazing conversation we had prior. After waiting exactly 4 minutes, the same gentleman who took my order, delivered me my food on foot. Not only did he have my entire order correct, with extra sauce that I didn’t ask for but of course much appreciated, he mentioned that he threw in some extra chicken for my “troubles.” Although it was no trouble at all waiting! It was so kind of him because of the fact it was so unnecessary. When I finally opened up my five dollar fill up box not only did it come to my attention that this man gave me double the original chicken I ordered, but also an extra biscuit. This man has by far blew any customer service experience I have ever had at any company out of the water and I suggest more people follow in his foot steps. From his jokes and conversation, to his kind gratification(no bar intended). I wish I knew this guys name.

The manager was very accommodating, I was in a rush and the manager could tell I was flustered so he just asked what I was looking for and helohenme from there. Super friendly and polite.

Awesome chicken....truly a staple in the fried chicken market..... Fast...fresh...tasty..????????????????
