Shagun Indian Restaurant

Great food and a wonderful experience. Attended a book club dinner at Shagun with a large group. Everyone’s order was correct and delicious. The food is spicy, which I love. Members of my party that wanted to tone down the heat asked for yogurt sauce and received it quickly. Mango sorbet for dessert was a big hit. The waitstaff was friendly and professional. I hope to eat here again soon.

Guys, my wife and I use to come here often but the experience has gotten worse over the last year. We find that ticket times run at about 45 minutes to an hour, portion sizes have shrunk and service has degraded. We never get to see the same staff members more than 2-3 times. That tells me you've got high turn over. The food is really good but you've either got to get kitchen staff that can cook more than one order at a time or get some new help. Please. We love you guys but please, changes need to happen.

Every time I go, they treat me so well, just like family. They are very attentive & cater to how you like your food prepared (mild or spicy). Everything comes out delicious. I've never had a bad meal there. I am told they also have karaoke there as well as parties on the weekends (for example on New Years Eve). They aim to please & they certainly have achieved that.
