Great Vietnamese food in the Conshy neighborhood! The pho was delicious and we also loved the summer rolls (though I think they called it something different here). The seating area is limited, but there were lots of to-go orders being picked up. I’ll be coming back often!
I originally gave the restaurant five stars but I'm not happy with the Pho since they started putting cold lettuce in it. Lettuce in my opinion should be served cold not put in hot soup.
So happy to have this new restaurant in Conshohocken. I have a feeling I will be eating here 1-2 per week.
The staff is very nice. The prices are great. I had the Banh Mi Ga Chicken and it was pretty amazing.
Parking could be an issue
Vietnamese restaurant in conshy has opened up. Stopped by to try their pho and ordered the pho tai chin with rare steak and brisket. I paid the additional $4 for the meatballs. All the meats were good. The broth was light in flavor, a little more on the bland side and the broth wasn't that clean looking. This could be the most expensive pho I've ever gotten at $18 where most places have pho Dac biet for $12-$16 and includes all the meats, tripe and all.
The Sriracha was spicy and good... I didn't get a side bowl to make my dipping sauce so I used the plate mixed with Sriracha and hoisen. The Vietnamese coffee was pretty good!
I got takeout on a whim for day two of their soft opening.
The gentleman at the counter was so nice. They are working very hard in the back of the house.
I ordered a shrimp Banh Mi. It was absolutely delicious. I love how it was wrapped for takeout. Very easy to eat as the corner was exposed!
I do think it could have been stuffed with a bit more veg.
Overall, it was a flavorful sandwich and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't wait to come back and try more. An excellent addition to the neighborhood.
Finally somewhere to get banh mi and pho in conshy yay!! They just opened so expect some wait time for both dine in and take out. The beef/pork banh mi was tasty. The meat had a nice grilled flavor, the pickled radish and carrots were perfectly crunchy and I was pleased to see a seeded roll. Service was good even tho we got take out- the man at the counter was so friendly and wholesome when taking our order. There are vegetarian and vegan menu items as well. Can't wait to try more things on the menu..!
