    The food is very good, the service is great, and you don't have to tip. I always love going there to eat.

    Very friendly, courteous service very helpful on when I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted. Definitely would come to this Boston Market again. Going there is out of my way

    Considering nothing else was open for the Thanksgiving holiday, we truly appreciated how cordial and attentive the woman working the front counter was. The options of food they had were limited and it appeared the store was either new or being remodeled but the options they had were cooked well and fresh and her attentiveness was very impressive. She even stopped by the table to check on us one last time before clocking out.

    Carmen and the manager on this location at Germantown Pike are always going beyond the line of duty.They are constantly Informing you off all items on the menu, giving you choices, asking you to gently wait few minutes if an item is going to be ready soon and bringing food right to your table with out compromising other clients flow or quality of service.

    Y can only receive that dedicated service at a 4-5 star restaurant.
