Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant

My favorite place to go for freshly made local beer and good food when visiting friends nearby in Ambler. We always enjoy whatever beers we drink, have never had a problem getting a taste of anything first, and the food has generally been very tasty and fairly priced for the area. The food selection is substantial, and the beers are broad-focused; meaning, nicely, they are not all made with the same yeast. I'm glad my friends have chosen to join the mug club here, it is always a part of a great visit to Pennsylvania.

Fish and chips were good. Steak was 3 choices and the one which was 12 oz. Was 30$ way over priced more value on the fish and chips at 17$ . Booth seating was too low and uncomfortable. I've been there 3 times and had better value and comfort at many other restaurants in the area.

My wife and I always consistently have a terrific meal here. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. We usually go here before a movie over at the 309 cinema and they have never failed us.

Last time we went here one of our appetizers came out a little bit late so they comped it for us and didn’t charge us at all. They are always concerned with the guest’s experience. Their pours for wine are not terrific but we are beer people so they do well by us.

My wife and I both highly recommend this place and hope that you enjoy it.

The food and service was/is GREAT! All the beers are brewed on site. Waitress was knowledgable and there were tremendous specials, which change daily. Great selections on the main menu. Enjoy.
