This is what these American-based Mexican grill style restaurants should be doing. Comparing this to similar restaurants, this one is my new favorite. My first visit there, I had a chicken quesadilla with chips. Tortillas are pressed in store and to the order. Your order is made on a flattop grill; so you get juicy meat, melty cheese, and a lightly-crispy tortilla. And they have the meat cooking fresh on the grill next to the prep grill. Everything is fresh, and it tastes great. This is what other Mexican grill style restaurants should be doing.

my first free burrito was huge, full of meat amd delicious. next time I went i got 6 tiny pieces of chicken, saw it was so little so I got extra meat and still barely any chicken. ingredients such as peppers/onions, and lettuce were covered and not offered to me, it was also mixed extremely poorly :( $15 later I'm wishing I went to chipotle.

At Pancheros they make the tortilla right in front of you and at the end of your ingredient selection they actually mix everything together. No more bites of just meat, followed by just cheese, then just guacamole. They also wrap your burrito so it looks like a burrito, not a lumpy softball. This place is entirely better than chipotle.

The best!! Got a chicken burrito, took it home put in the toaster oven, added my own salsa and I was in heaven, no lie. I asked for extra rice in mine and that thing was soo big! Place was nice inside, fast service....go there!
