Ate breakfast with my father. The woman serving at the bar stools. She is amazing and on point. The breakfast hit the spot perfectly. I'm not overly uncomfortably stuffed nor did I leave hungry. The portion is PERFECT. Plenty of home fries. We did share those however. If I could give 6 stars I would.
To kick off my birthday month celebration, after being in the Huntingdon Valley area and with a referral from someone, my husband and I stopped in. To our surprise, we made it in time for the early bird breakfast. I ordered the triple play, with two slices of turkey bacon, two scrambled eggs and two pancakes, with coffee included. Delicious! My beloved ordered the corned beef hash, two eggs and seedless rye toast. Also, delicious!
And to get all this under $12, yes we will be returning!
For as often as we've found ourselves in this area over the last eight months, this would have been a favorite breakfast spot, way back then! Oh well, now we know! As they say, when you know better, you do better.????
Great food and great staff ..generous helpings of food and delicious and the best part is its not expensive. .the atmosphere is awesome ..my daughter and i were transported back in time and talk for some length about life in the 50s and 60s on the ride home.
I want to give it a 5 star rating but the only thing missing was a juke box so i could select a great 50s tune for dinner. I am willing to chip in to pay for it..thanks guys and gals..c u soon. Doug
Watch for potholes...quite a lot in their parking lot, so drive slow! Staff was very friendly and courteous, and food was fine, but simply plain. Cheesesteak to me (Philly girl myself), means it has sauce on it, but this doesn't have any. I asked for sauce, and they gave me pizza sauce, which was fine, but it's not the same as a genuine Philly cheesesteak. Quality of the food was fine, and I'm picky honestly. Prices are good if you are looking for a cheap meal that tastes half decent and you get good service - nowadays, it's hard to find good service, but you'll get it here!
The food is always great,we come here for breakfast multiple times a week and it's always good and efficient. Could not ask for more. The staff is very helpful and trying to accommodate all the needs. Parking can be tight on the weekends. Besides that 5 stars!????
