    Good service, friendly staff. Gelato is great but the soft pretzels need work.

    I think it's the time I go, but the woman who has been there the last time I've been there (mid day during the week), I'd very unfriendly and asks questions about things that have already been covered (and sometimes will ask again as you are answering the question, making it impossible to get your answer heard). This branch does have a nice selection of ices.
