Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

We haven't been here in a while and we were a little disappointed. Ther floors were very sticky through the main walkways, at the table and to the bathroom; The tables were tacky/sticky and it was awkward trying to eat without touching them; And our waitress took our order three times, and things still come out incorrectly.

Food is good. No issues with quality or quantity. Menu has a nice varied selection. Service is awfully slow.

Nice causal grill and bar restaurant with good food and drinks. Restaurant has a rustic appearance. Outdoor seating with view of parking lot- restaurant is in a shopping center. Service is quick and waiters /waitresses and bartender are very friendly. Restaurant is clean, including restrooms. Plenty of parking.

Had the smokey ribs 2/3 rack, baked beans, brocolli sides. Great meal, could have had the 1/3 rack way full with leftovers. Server, Louren, was excellent, didn't rush or ignore us although she had many tables to wait on.

This place is hit or miss as far as the food, which I'll talk about next, but the one outstanding thing about Smokey Bones and the reason we keep going back is our favorite waitress Keosha. That girl is always the only one with a full section when we go in, and she's always able to keep up and she's super friendly with a great attitude. She always makes sure we're happy, no matter how busy she is. I've had a few frustrating experiences there when I first started going and honestly didn't enjoy the food but the people I was with wanted to go there so I gave it another try. Keosha will actually FIX something if there's a problem. Once, I asked for a sunny side up egg on a burger.... it wasn't sunny side up when it came so I told the waiter and he just stood there and stared at me. Sorry for the rambling review!! Two more things.... the food isn't consistent. Most of the time it's good, and sometimes it's pretty awful. Like old? And the new recipe for the pretzel bones?? Heaven!!!!
