Food was superb! People were very accommodating. Always worth the trip

I’d probably rate this a little higher but they had a little snafu the day we were there (took a long time to get our meals.) And to be fair, they did give us a discount on our bill.
As for the food, what I had and the bits I tried from other people I was with was really tasty. I’ve been into torta a recently when available, but I saw they had a “smothered” version. Ahogada Guadalajara! It was covered in sauce and I couldn’t even get enough of it. The bread soaked it up and I think I would have enjoyed just bread and that sauce!
I tried someone’s chilaquiles at the table which were also pretty awesome.

Definitely would like to go back again.

A secluded, cozy, hole in the wall, behind another business establishment with decent parking. Food was great and cook is accommodating.

I kept seeing the ads on the media and always thinking I would stop by one day to eat tacos and food that looked so delicious. Today, after a long day I finally was able to go. I had such a wonderful experience. Restaurant was clean, which is important to me. Service was fast. The chips with beans were different than other places. Beans were seasoned with pork lard, which gives them a different savor. I ordered six tacos, steak and pork, with coriander and onion. Red salsa was just right not too spicy, not too seasoned. Needless to say tacos were delicious. I also had coffee, made with cinnamon and piloncillo (brown sugar) coffee around the area. I ended up ordering more tacos to go. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent food and wonderful staff! Definitely will return!
