Tex Mex Connection

The service was wonderful. Our server Ina was very attentive to detail and always there when we needed something. The food was delicious and no one left hungry. We will definitely be back.

This review is for the restaurant portion of the establishment, I've never experienced the bar part. Amazing food. You definitely need reservations. Cozy ambiance but it can get noisy as it is a small dining area. Their margaritas are the best!

I've been here so many times its unreal. I worked at the Merck site just down the road for a number of years and this was our local watering and drinking hole. Margaritas are great. Food is variable (thus the 4*) and service can be slow in the restaurant upstairs. However the large bar downstairs is invariably fun.

We had a delightful time. The food was wonderful as was the service. The restaurant has a neat history and the staff all seem to enjoy being there more than it being a job. Their margaritas (with 3 ounces of tequila) are great, They had several combo platters to chose from.

Food has always been great here. Chips/salsa are refilled for a charge...and have an interesting salty seasoning. My salsa came with margarita spilled into it...which added a unique flavor. ;-)

My evening started out packed and loud. As folks left, it became quite cozy. They were still seating folks around 9-10 pm, so check when kitchen closes...but it seems pretty late.
Place was vacuumed and reset quietly (including fresh linens) between crowds. Staff pretty subtle about it. Service usually good, but sometimes they are pretty busy...I, for one, appreciate their efforts to make one's dining experience pleasurable.

I've brought clients, had interrviews with potential employees, and taken significant others here...and would do so again.
