Justin's Carriage House

The owner Justin was so friendly and seemed to enjoy talking to us about the history of his establishment. Our waitress Marlene, what a friendly server. The food was amazing. The atmosphere very warm and homey. This is my husband's and my new "OUR" place!!!!!

Loved the menu! My cousins steak was wasn't cooked to her liking and they were right on top of it and brought her another dinner quickly. Nice place,will definitely return.

At dinner Friday I had a very poor example of what this business is capable of producing. Staff gave slight attention. My fish batter fried fish was cold. Not warm cold. My salad was a scoop of bag I salad and 3 croutons. I would give them a 1 star. However. Came here with friends at lunch and had a wonderful burger etc. All around great meal and nice atmosphere. So my average is 3 stars. Avoid house salads and sitting in their booths. The latter is very uncomfortable.

Good burgers. Terrible service. Most recently - went in at 5p on a Sunday. Waited over 15 minutes for hostess. She never came and the place was empty. We went next door to Timeout and got seated right away. Smh.

My wife loves their brisket, very tasty and a good value. I can't square that with 3 fish tacos for $18 though. I enjoy superior fish tacos in the area for a lot less. I just figure that's Skippack pricing.
It's been hit or miss with service. During our last visit we were our server's only table and we were lonely. Hearing him nonstop chitty chatting at the bar had us wondering...
