5 stars to the business. -5 for one of their associates. I’ve been ordering from here since they opened. Food is amazing! And I don’t usually do this but... ONLY BAD REVIEW IS: the customer service I received from Krystal or however you spell it. She had the absolute worst attitude on the phone and in person when my roommate arrived to pick up the food. When I called to order I asked for separate checks which she refused to do and said to just tell her when we got there because it was obviously an inconvenience for her. Then when they arrived to pick up the food, it made it 10 times harder and she again had an attitude problem. The tall and young guy who was working with her had to diffuse the ever escalating pointless argument she was provoking and then he personally apologized for her unprofessionalism and said he would be happy to help them. If you don’t like to deal with people, you shouldn’t work in customer service. You are rude and need to be trained on how to speak to people as well as how to obtain an order from a customer. I’m so glad I was not the one who picked up the order because I do not tolerate disrespect. I’ve worked in management for many years and I know what it’s like but I was nothing but polite when I called and you don’t have patience, you shouldn’t work in a fast paced environment. Maybe you should try to find a cleaning position where you don’t have to socialize with people. Just a suggestion. Take it or leave it. And if you decide not to take my advice, take some classes on self control so you can keep your emotions in check.

This place will ruin other burgers for you. I went a week and a half ago and I’ve been craving for another ever since. They have some interesting options I’d like to try but most importantly the burgers are juicy and delicious. The shakes are nice and malty.

If you are going to the shop keep in mind it’s small inside and not super quiet but it is a friendly neighborhood atmosphere.

Literally just finished up eating there. Delicious burgers with fresh ingredients. Nice addition to the town. Love small businesses and wish them the best. Next time I'll try the milkshake.
