The Buffalo chikin Mac and Cheese and the grilled chikn Panini hit the spot today for lunch. Also had the oatmeal cookies. I will be back with friends. The menu is nice size too. Many options to chose from.. I will be advertising on my Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Today was my first time trying anything from here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Very friendly. I ordered the Warm Chikn’ Wrap and it was soooo fresh and I loved the taste. It came with some tortilla chips and a cheese sauce which tastes homemade. My entire meal was good. I will definitely be back to try more items off the menu.

If I could give 6 stars I would! The folks inside are the nicest, most caring people I’ve met in the restaurant business in a long time. You can immediately tell they care about the local community and their customers. On top of excellent service is the food. My goodness - this will turn a vegan skeptic into a vegan fanatic.

While not a vegan myself, I try and eat healthy and the food here is healthy for the mind and soul. I can’t recommend it enough!

First time here, and I love this place. Sheila and Josh are really friendly. The food is homemade, delicious and fresh. I had the sweet potato peanut soup and a veggie wrap. They have a vegan cookbook for sale that has great recipes and looks simple enough for me to follow! Highly recommend checking them out! And the outdoor seating is adorable.

The carrot tuna IS SO GOOD! I loved it so much. Additionally this was the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I feel so happy after eating this food. The mango smoothie was also amazing :-) Thank you so much!
