The Melting Pot

The melting pot in general is a unique dining experience(hard to explain, but you cook your own foods in your choice of marinade/sauces at your table in a fondue pot), with a nice quiet atmosphere. It can be a little pricey, but is nice for special occasions. Would not recommend bringing children. Edit: My original review was for the Warrington location which has closed, the King of Prussia location is open and is also a great restaurant. Apologies for any confusion I may have caused.

The food was amazing! I've never been to a melting pot or had any kind of fondue so this was quite a food adventure! We chose the dinner for two which was around $100 and a 4 course meal. We had cheese with bread and fruit, salads, assortment of meats with sauces, and chocolate fondue for dessert. Our waitress was the sweetest lady ever who gave us recommendations, let us keep our cheese at the table, and even helped rush our order when we were running late on time to catch out movie. We were so full after this meal we didn't eat at all the next day. Probably could have taken home leftovers but we didn't want to carry it around. Definitely worth the price but it will be a once in a while treat. Total meal after drinks and tips came to about $170

Everything was perfect. Just go into it knowing that it is pretty expensive and that you will be there for 2 to 3 hours and you will not be disappointed. And you do cook some of your own food. Food was delicious and service was top notch! Had an excellent dining experience.

Bobby Joe is the best server here. He's so friendly and fun and sweet. I can't tell you how much I adore that man. I've had him as my server twice, and he's just so wonderful.
Other than the awesomeness that is Bobby Joe, this place is great. Yeah, it's pricey, but I love it. It's fun. The place is nice. Service is wonderful. Food is delicious. The Melting Pot is my favorite restaurant. It's a fun experience. I highly, highly recommend it. Even more, I highly, highly suggest you try to have Bobby Joe as your server because he is second to none.
