Bartaco is a great addition to the KoP food scene! The decor is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming. The atmosphere is great for a date night (first dates included) or for an outing with friends. The food is great with options for everyone, vegetarian options included! I had the pork belly (its a little spicy), swordfish, carnitas, baja fish, and tuna. My favorite was definitely the pork belly, and then the tuna.

My only criticism of the place is their popularity is outgrowing their staff. Since many people are interested in the new restaurant, the place was quite filled, even for a weekday. I expect as time goes on, this will change, and I'll update my review accordingly.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and genuinely care about your dining experience. The decor and atmosphere are great. And most importantly, the food was delicious. Some of the best tacos I've ever had.

My wife and I took our two very young kids here and were so impressed with not only the food, but how incredibly welcoming the entire staff was to the craziness we bring! Both of my kids were handed BRAND NEW coloring books - yes, books - to color at the table with. My oldest little guy got tons of compliments on his light up shoes from servers to managers, and they interacted with him showing him the cool decor sprinkled around the place. They didn't mind when he wanted to get up to dance near the bar, or that my 1 year old had to go for a stroll around the place.

The atmosphere is awesome, and the food was delicious. The food came out a tad bit slower than we expected, but we were really enjoying ourselves. Oh, and they did forget to bring us one item we requested late, but they made up for it without issue. I think these are opening week(s) issues that will get ironed out. We will definitely be returning again.

Great atmosphere, wonderful service and amazing food! Everything was so fresh! Guacamole was DELICIOUS. Can’t wait to go back and sit outside
