Bonchon King of Prussia

Food is great. Staffs are friendly.

Experience is not as good as the other bonchon locations in Philadelphia.
Management could be better.
1. No online ordering options
2. Hangup on takeout phone calls after putting me on hold for 20min
3. No order number on receipt. Do you really need a dedicated staff calling on people's name?
4. Too much idle time for staffs between kitchen and cashier
5. I've been here a few times. Having one cashier is OK at say 4pm. But definitely not enough during peak hours.

First week of opening was chaotic to say the least. Things improved a bit after the official grand opening. Hope they keep improving

Happened to stop by at their grand opening. Not really familiar with Bonchon but luckily the cashier was patient enough to help me decide what I wanted. It was jam packed with people so my order came longer then expected. Although when I did receive it, I was pleasantly satisfied with my food. Will be visiting again soon.

I love bonchon, I always go to the one in Chinatown in Philly so when i seen they were opened and since i was working in the mall, I went to this one. The cashier said my order may take 20 minutes so I left and came back in about 25. The wings were good, smaller than the ones you get at the restaurant though. Also, in the picture my fries were so soft and a few were kind of cold. The fries is always my favorite part so I was very disappointed. Definitely check your order here before you leave and don't expect the wings to be how they are in the restaurant.

Bonchon was definitely worth the wait! The staff was patient and friendly. I ordered the wings, half soy garlic and half spicy for me and the hubs and also the regular fries for our daughter. The wings were flavorful and very crispy, the hubs said the spicy had a very good kick to it. Tip, get the pickled radish as the side for the wings, they are so yummy and will counterbalance the spicy wings. Our daughter ate majority of the fries and they had a nice crispness to them as well. All in all, I definitely recommend them and cannot wait to come back for some more amazing yummies.

I went to their grand opening on July 27th. I have been waiting for this Bonchon location to open and it finally did. I got to say the staff that day were very friendly and enthusiastic. As for the food, it held up to the Bonchon standard. However, this location has a smaller menu then the other locations in PA. Overall, very satisfied that there is a Bonchon in a mall close by!
