Great food and great service. This is a place that cares about the details. Crayola brand crayons and kids activities on the menu. Games for the family. Food that’s clearly made from scratch instead of frozen and reheated like major chains. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The beef on weck was outstanding.
This is a hidden gem in KOP!! I love how the service is so quick. It’s a huge, clean restaurant with a big bar. The food is amazing, especially the wings. 😋 Highly recommend and more locals need to know about the tavern!
I went there for a friend's retirement party. It was my first time there and found it to be a nice place. Nice local beer selection, and though I myself didn't have any food, those folks that did said it was good. It was really noisy due to the crowd and live band. I feel the place is too small for a live band, but I'm sure others may disagree. Overall it was a nice experience.
I took my family to dinner last weekend and we shared the triple bacon cheeseburger, nachos, coconut shrimp, pork chops and sliders. We also enjoyed a few cocktails and a boozy shake, which was out of this world. Everything was really delicious, and our server was very nice and professional. I absolutely love this place, and cannot wait to go back.
Loved the KOP diner vibe, but couldn’t speak to the food until tonight.
Evidently this is same ownership, but different vision. And I could not be more excited!
It’s a huge place. They’ve taken out some of the tables and put in two pool tables, a shuffleboard, pinball machine, a Ms Pac Man AND an electronic dart board!!
Service was great from the bar (Nicole) & the food was delicious. Mac & cheese isn’t the homestyle kind, but it’s solid AF. And I’m pretty picky when it comes to mac & cheese, so I guess that’s something.
My *only* complaint is that the dart board isn’t far enough away from the shuffleboard for people to play both simultaneously. Maybe a different location for it? But I’m seriously SO excited there’s a bar where you can actually play bar games at.
I will be back with friends, for sure!
