(May 6, 2019, 10:53 pm)We had Wild Blue cater our recent wedding. Due to the joys of celiac disease, we asked them to come up with an all-gluten-free meal, and they hit it out of the park. People couldn't even tell it was gluten-free! The wait staff was fantastic and friendly, and Chef Joe helped us every step along the way. The hors d'oeuvres were so good I was stuffed by the time we were ready for the meal! We really can't overstate how happy we were with everything. Highly recommend!!

(November 24, 2018, 4:11 pm)Joe of Wildblue did a great job catering our Thanksgiving dinner for 25 people. He customized the menu for my son who has many food allergies. The food was great and he and his head chef personally delivered the meal. A great chef and a true gentleman.

(October 16, 2018, 10:30 pm)We had a great experience with Wild Blue! The definition of professionalism! Great and thorough food tasting before booking; made fresh. During the wedding, fantastic food, excellent service & wait staff/bartender. Set up & clean up was handled so well we didn't have to do anything at all or worry about a thing! They also encouraged us to eat first to ensure we did actually eat at our own wedding.
I would definitely recommend them.
