Bonefish Grill

Great service and yummy food! I'm never disappointed when I eat here. My husband and I went here for our anniversary and we were pleased. Plus you can actually taste the alcohol in the adult beverages. Would highly recommend the salmon as well.

I have visited Bone Fish Grill restaurants a total of three times. The second visit, I was not impressed-- the rice was under cooked and the spinach was salty ( that was just my dinner and not the other people in my party.)
The third visit was satisfactory. The appetizers and meals were much better. I tried the Sea bass w/ garlic mashed potatoes and spinach. Kudos to that night's chef????.

Not a good experience this time. Over salted mashed potatoes and sauce where the main flavor was salt, not the underlying vegetable or sauce. Not edible. I felt I was chastised and told that all ingredients are measured and cooked precisely to strict instruction. There was more. I explained that I've been a customer for many years and only had this problem here two other times. Also I frequent many other places and have no problem.
Other than the SALT the service was great. We have frequented because we like the food and atmosphere.

Food was good. Server was very courteous and friendly. Hostess was Cordial, professional and accommodating.

The only challenge was dirty tableware. The small appetizer plate was either used or soiled with several little black crumbles and fingerprints on it. The server took it back graciously... but returned with a water glass with grit all around the outside (how do you miss that?). At my request she took it and replaced it with one she said she rinsed herself.

The food was fine but the soiled tableware skeeved me out a little.

"It was our first time being there. Anna was our very efficient and mannerly server. It was a very short wait for us to get our food. The restaurant was very good at providing our request in a timely fashion. We totally enjoyed every morsel! There was no need for any added condiment! We plan to comeback!"
