Unique. You make your own pizza sort of like subway. Reasonable price and quick service. Wide variety of toppings and crust choices.
A fantastic lunch! Prices are extremely reasonable and the taste is great. There is a wide selection of doughs, sauces and toppings. Be advised that after you select what you'd like on top, it goes into the oven and bakes for a few minutes. For someone in a rush this may be an issue, but it didn't take very long at all and is well worth it. The employee on today was extremely friendly and helpful, and handled the lunch crowd well.
I suggest the organic white crust, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, with sausage, green bell peppers, and spinach. Looking forward to returning and trying out each of the three additional types of crusts! There are signs along the wall where the queue is located that are helpful for making your decisions on ingredients ahead of time.
Eat here a couple times per month, good value and very fast to get your pie. You can pick from a large selection of crust, sauce, veggie, meats types. Pies are very thin crust and typically from final ingredient choices to serve time is around 5 minutes! A flat cost of $8.50 gets you as many ingredients as you want. It's not a family size pie but very good for 1 or 2 people depending on how hungry you are.
Service is friendly, place is very clean.
I love the build your own pie concept in general. They have pretty good toppings, but overall, I just didn't feel like it had the best overall flavors. The organic white crust didn't taste great either. The staff are very nice, the restaurant is nice. Great decor and overall setup. I'll give it another try.
