QDOBA Mexican Eats

Had to ask the worker to put on new gloves after he did the register with them. Why is it that they don't know the gloves are not for their protection but for the public?? They do not wash their hands and then grab gloves with dirty hands, then use those dirty hands to pull the glove straight and put them on, meanwhile touching the entire outside of the glove with their dirty hands and then they proceed to make food! This is unsanitary and is the first thing taught in food safety classes. But yet these workers never do it.

Ordered a taco salad WITH a crispy tortilla bowl, pinto beans, steak, sour cream, brown rice, cheese and lettuce. Food arrived and they left out the lettuce and crispy tortilla bowl

Gotta give these guys 5 stars! Forgot to rate them when I was there about 2 months ago and their cook had called off so they were short staffed and it was busy and getting busier by the minute but I thought they did a great job for being short staffed. The food did take a little bit longer but it was fresh and delicious! Some grumpy, impatient people made it even more difficult for them but they handled them like hecklers and just went on with the show. It wasn't their fault and considering how many people they had to take care of at once (each party had at least 4 people in their group so the orders weren't small) the food came out hot, fresh and accurate and nothing was sacrificed except for the extra minute grumpy Gretchen had to wait to stuff a burrito in her cheeks. Great job guys! I meant to say something but you were so busy I didn't want to interrupt!

We went here after 8:00pm, worried food wouldn't be the freshest, but I had a soft taco with pork and it was one of the best I've had there! We had the sweetest employee, Daisy help us. She was cheerful, upbeat, and extremely careful of making sure our food was made how we wanted it. Drew, checked us out & again, so kind & considerate to making sure we had everything correct for our order. Even better, Daisy helped my teenage daughter earlier in the day, who suffers from a dairy allergy and has to ask for gloves to be changed & ask employees to get her food that hasn't been cross-contaminated on the line, and Daisy helped her with no problems and complimented me to how great my daughter did with ordering her food without me around & being so polite! These employees went above and beyond today. Great job Drew and Daisy!
