EDIT 3/12/19 --
We gave this place another shot since it's the only place anywhere near Phoenixville that has salt bagels anymore. We're glad we did. They must have fired the person previously making the bagels and hired a new person, and perhaps taught the kids running the place how better to make the food because it was infinitely better. The seating is VERY limited, however, but they can't help that. Here's hoping this place stays improved.

I really want to give this place a better review because when you do get your food correctly, it's delicious. Great bagels, great selection.
Unfortunately it's run primarily by teenagers who apparently can't remember or read their own/each other's handwriting.
I understand giving high school and college agree kids jobs for less but come on..

The way a bagel should be: slightly crusty on the outside, soft, delicious
bread on the inside. Best in the area.

Bagels are good but service sucks. The place has no heat so don't plan on eating inside. The lady behind the counter was complaining to customers about being cold and said she couldn't wait until her 8 hour shift was over. Poor customer service!!
